Welcome to Cope Town the AO3 Is Down Promptathon!
Where we can all huddle together, prompt silly things, write fills, and spread some fannish joy.

It’s a short downtime, so we will be doing drabbles and droubbles. That is, fic at exactly 100 or 200 words (titles are freebies). It’s a super fun exercise, and the length makes it much easier to dive in!

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character(s), prompt word/sentence.

Only one prompt per comment please. So, for example,

Star Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi, "I don't like sand."

Open ended and anthropomorphic fills are popular too, such as:

Any, Any, "I don't like sand."

or

Earth geography, sand, "I don't like humans very much, either."

What else?
You answer other posters' prompts, fill as many prompts as you want, as many times as you wish. If you see that a prompt you loved has already been filled, go ahead and fill it again! Multiple fills of the same prompt are allowed and even encouraged! (We get really fun stories going this way).

"This is stupid," Quinn mumbled, peering over the edge of her boyfriend's bed. Finn had informed her that she could have the bed and he'd take the floor, but Quinn didn't see much point in allowing him to be so stupidly noble. "I know you're awake. You can share your own bed with me."

"Are you sure? Doesn't it go against your sense of morals?"

"Are you forgetting that I threw those morals aside to fuck you on this very mattress, conceiving the parasite that got us into this mess? Finn, you're 6'4". I don't want you to sleep on the floor."

"Of course, I haven't forgotten," he yawned, dragging his blanket and pillow back onto the bed, followed shortly by himself. "Is this weird, Q? I'm sorry."

"Apologizing doesn't let me back into my parents house," she muttered. "It's not weird. If we keep the baby, are you going to spend eternity on your floor? No, you'd be in bed with me." Quinn had never dreamed of sharing a bed with her boyfriend. They were juniors in high school. When Finn slipped his arms around her waist, it still felt right. "I love you, Doofus."

"I love you, too."

I love how simultaneously prickly and caring Quinn is! Really reminds me of how fond of her I was back in my Glee days.
